Trudeau says he accepts Fish recommendations, taking other steps to reform military culture

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau said on Thursday he accepts the recommendations of Justice Morris Fish on reforming the Canadian military to deal with allegations of sexual misconduct. He also outlined additional steps his government has taken to address problems in the armed forces, including putting Lt.-Gen. Jennie Carignan in charge of rooting out sexual misconduct in the military.
