Trudeau says China making shift on 'coercive diplomacy'

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Friday they remain concerned over China and other countries using agents and pressure tactics on citizens and have taken action, but said they've seen a shift on China's "coercive diplomacy" such as the detainment of Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor or what is taking place in Hong Kong, as examples. He said they'd continue to work with allies experiencing similar pressures to hold a "common front" and demonstrate the behaviour is not productive for China's interests or acceptable where the rule of law must be respected.
