Trudeau says government taking ‘concrete action’ to address failings in military justice system

During Tuesday’s Question Period in the House of Commons, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that although he believes institutions, including the military justice system, are “not living up to the needs of those who’ve experienced misconduct,” his government has “taken concrete action” to address it. “We know that every woman or man who serves in the armed forces deserves to be properly supported, and we will ensure that,” he stated.
