Trudeau visits Rwandan Genocide Memorial

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has paid his respects to victims of the 1994 Rwandan Genocide in Kigali, Rwanda. He is in Rwanda for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. Trudeau is the first Canadian Prime Minister to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial.
