Trump to hold plane crash briefing at 11 a.m. ET, White House says

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump will appear in the White House briefing room at 11 a.m. EST on Thursday to brief Americans on Wednesday's deadly midair collision at Reagan National Airport, the White House said.
