Trump sees long-term U.S. 'ownership' in Gaza

U.S. President Trump meets Israeli PM Netanyahu in Washington

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he sees the United States having a "long-term ownership position" on the Gaza Strip.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who spoke alongside Trump at a press conference, said the U.S. president's idea was worth paying attention to.
