Tupperville bridge work finished

The Tupperville bridge is back in business as upgrades by the municipality were finished ahead of schedule.

According to Chatham-Kent engineering technologist Jan Metcalfe, repairs slated for completion April 12, were instead done by April 1.

The bridge, a vital link for commuters and emergency vehicles from the Tupperville fire hall, needed work to refurbish and fortify steel within the structure.
