    Homicide victim ID'd after body found east of Prince George

    Police say a missing 62-year-old man has been found dead at a rest area near Prince George.Edward Michael Milne was reported missing March 29, with family saying it was unusual for him to not be in contact since he was last seen March 27.His remains were discovered Sunday, April 14, at the Bowron River rest area near Purden Lake, approximately 50 kilometres west of Prince George, RCMP said.The North District Major Crime Unit has taken over the investigation, which is being considered a homicide.
