While President Trump’s late-night tweets are often a favorite topic of late night comedians, his latest midnight missive sparked a whole new level of mockery early Wednesday morning.
In a now-deleted tweet from just after midnight that was online for almost six hours, the president wrote, “Despite the negative press covfefe.” And that was it.
Twitter instantly exploded with hilarious speculation about the nonsensical term. Even Trump joined the fray shortly after scrapping the tweet around 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Who can figure out the true meaning of "covfefe" ??? Enjoy!
