U.S. escort of Philippine resupply missions at sea a 'reasonable option', US admiral says
MANILA (Reuters) - The United States escorting Philippine vessels during resupply missions in the South China Sea is a "reasonable option", the head of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command said on Tuesday.
Such option, however, is subject to consultation between the two countries, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command commander Samuel Paparo told reporters on the sidelines of a military forum in Manila.
