U.K.'s Boris Johnson put on notice by own party

In the United Kingdom, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has managed to avoid political damage – until recently. This week, his Conservative Party lost a seat it held for two centuries, and the cabinet secretary had to recuse himself from leading an inquiry into an alleged Christmas party held at Downing Street during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown. Global's Redmond Shannon tells us how Johnson was put on notice by his own party.
