Kendall Jenner was spotted walking in New York City this week in a pantsless look, wearing just an oversized button-down shirt, and her legs are seriously sculpted.
She also loves to cook for her family, and one of her favorite meals to make is rice pilaf with herbed chicken and vegetables.
Kendall Jenner might be known for her A1 street style looks, fashion week runway shows, and ya know, being a Kardashian. But here's what also belongs in that camp: her physical strength. Best believe, she meant it when she said she's "built as an athlete."
The 27-year-old model hit the streets of New York City in a pants-free 'fit and she's seriously strong with legs for days. She wore just an oversized button-up shirt that she paired with black loafers, which highlighted her super sculpted, mile-long legs.
Wondering how Kendall stays so strong? Same. For one, she works out with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who also has trained her sisters, Kim and Khloe. However, he works them all out differently.
"Kim, Kendall, and Khloe have very different bodies, he told Women's Health UK. "With Khloe we do a lot of stairs and side lunging, while with Kendall, it's upper body strength. She is very athletic, very gifted athletically, and picks up movements well."
His workouts with Kendall include push-ups, squats, tuck jumps, dumbbell overhead presses, skater lunges with dumbbell kickback, and bicycle crunches. In a YouTube video from one of their training sessions, she showed off her impressive grip strength while crushing some monkey bars:
Kendall is also an avid equestrian, and has been riding horses since she was a kid. "I've always loved animals," she told Harper's Bazaar. "I rode horses for 10 years, so I thought I was going to be a professional horseback rider and then a vet."

Food-wise, one of Kendall's favorite meals that she "could eat for every meal" is pasta with peas, she told PEOPLE. "I always have all the ingredients on hand," she shared. (Good news for us: she also shared the recipe!)
