UN aims to start second round polio vaccinations in Gaza mid-October

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The United Nations is making preparations to start in mid-October a second round of vaccinating some 640,000 children in the Gaza Strip against polio, U.N. spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said on Wednesday.

He said vitamin supplements would also be distributed during the vaccination campaign.
