Vanna White Inks New Wheel of Fortune Deal — How Long Is She Sticking Around For?
Vanna White has resolved her Wheel of Fortune contract dispute, signing on to remain as the game show’s co-host for an additional two years, Sony Pictures Television announced Tuesday. White’s new pact — which was set to expire next summer — ensures that she will be sticking around through Summer 2026.
As previously reported, beginning next fall White will be joined by new host Ryan Seacrest, who is replacing the retirement-bound Pat Sajak.

White, who reportedly had been earning $3 million annually, which is believed to be about five times less than Sajak, had been seeking a sizable salary bump. She had hired high-powered litigator Bryan Freedman — who has represented everyone from Tucker Carlson to ousted Jeopardy! producer Mike Richards — to sort out the pay discrepancy.
Financial terms of White’s new deal have not been disclosed.
Sajak announced his retirement plans over the summer, saying, “Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season… will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all.”
Seacrest, meanwhile, recently expressed optimism about White’s future with Wheel. “I love Vanna White,” he told Fortune. “I’ve known Vanna for a long time. We sat in important places next to each other. And I hope for nothing more than to be able to walk out on that stage and host with her.”
