Vehicle crashes through front of Plum Street YMCA in Olympia
A vehicle crashed into the front of the YMCA on Plum Street in Olympia on Tuesday afternoon.
Olympia Police Department officers responded at 2:25 p.m. to the crash.
An Olympia woman, who police described as elderly, crashed her vehicle into the YMCA from the parking lot. Lt. Paul Lower told The Olympian that the woman either hit the wrong pedal on her vehicle or forgot to put it in park.
No one was injured, though one window and part of a window frame broke in the crash, Lower said.
Police did not cite the woman for the crash.
