In an interview with West Block host Mercedes Stephenson, Natural Resources Minister Seamus O’Regan says the Canadian government is unwavering in its support of the Keystone pipeline – regardless of who wins the U.S. presidential election. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has pledged to rescind a key permit granted by Trump for the project – which is designed to take 830,000 barrels of crude a day from Alberta to Nebraska.
