Victim tied up, robbed in Norfolk County home invasion

Two men wearing balaclavas tied up a Norfolk County homeowner before ransacking their house and making off with cash.

Police say the home invasion happened on Tuesday around 8:45 p.m.

After breaking into the residence on Port Ryerse Road, two suspects clad in dark clothes and wearing backpacks restrained the homeowner before taking an unspecified amount of money.

The alleged thieves then fled in a getaway car they had parked on Highway 6.

Police are looking for two white males, 26 to 32 years old, both roughly five-foot-eight and 150 to 180 pounds.
