Victoria Beckham isn't designing Meghan Markle's dress, but she's still going to the royal wedding

Trust Victoria Beckham to have some good royal wedding intel.

During an appearance alongside Shaquille O’Neal on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Thursday, the former Spice Girl — and one-half of Britain’s original superstar couple, Posh and Becks — all but confirmed that she’s on the guest list for the May 19 nuptials.

Beckham stammered unconvincingly when Corden asked if she’d scored a coveted invite, prompting the host to say, “She’s totally going.”

Beckham — who also attended Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s wedding in 2011 with husband David — has been rumored to be performing with the Spice Girls for the reception. But she dismissed speculation that she’d also be designing bride Meghan Markle‘s much-buzzed-about wedding gown.

“I’m not doing the dress,” she told Corden, somewhat apologetically. “I’m not, I’m not.”

Corden noted that Beckham has been a favorite to get the design gig, as Markle wore one of her cashmere sweaters in her engagement photos.

‘Sadly, I’m not, but I’m sure she’ll look incredible,” Beckham replied.

But the dress snub hasn’t dampened her enthusiasm for the event.

“England is so excited,” she gushed. “It is so great, isn’t it? They look so happy.”

Here’s to slamming it to the left and shaking it to the right at the reception.
