Victoria Woman Hand-Feeds Australian King Parrot
A photographer in Mount Macedon, Victoria, used bird feed to make a new feathered friend, video shared on May 27 shows.
Mount Macedon resident Tiffany Warner recorded footage of an Australian king parrot flying onto and feeding from her hand in her backyard.
Speaking to Storyful, Warner said that she held some seeds out to “encourage them over” and didn’t expect one to actually land on her hand. “They are very friendly birds that visit my home frequently looking for food and water,” she added. Credit: Tiffany Warner via Storyful
