Burglary Suspect Bashes Through Store Window in Washington, DC

Police in Washington, DC, released security footage on Thursday, April 8, showing a man forcing a window out of its frame to break into a store on Seaton Place in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The footage shows the man with a piece of cloth covering his head forcibly maneuvering the window before reaching inside.

DC’s Metropolitan Police Department asked anyone with information to contact them, reminding viewers that Crime Solvers of Washington, DC, offered rewards of up to $1,000 “to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a crime committed in the District of Columbia.” Credit: DC Police via Storyful
