California City Provides Glimpse of Wind Driving Wildfires

City of Calabasas officials went up to Vista Point above the city on Monday, November 12, to capture the force of the winds that are driving at least four wildfires in Ventura County.

Hazy smoke from the Woolsey Fire floats over the distant landscape in this video, while the Santa Ana winds whip the trees atop Vista Pointe.

Ventura County firefighters corralled both the Rocky and Lynn fires, which started on Monday, but were still battling Woolsey and Hill, which totaled nearly 100,000 by Monday morning. Credit: City of Calabasas via Storyful
