Californians in Big Bear Enjoy 'Snow Day' Following Storm

A resident of Big Bear City, California, enjoyed the heavy snowfall following a storm that hit the state from April 7.

Chris Munger uploaded the video of his son trying to snowboard off the back of his truck from a road close to his cabin on April 8 during a break in the storm.

According to a local report, about 4 to 8 inches of snow fell at the ski resort. Big Bear was also under a flash flood watch from April 8 as the storm system moved out and sunny skies were set to return by Saturday, April 11. Credit: Chris Munger via Storyful
