Car Trapped on Flooded Road in Watertown, Wisconsin

Flash floods hit the town of Watertown, Wisconsin, on Friday, August 17, after heavy rains overnight.

About nine inches of rain fell within 14 hours, Channel3000 reported. Firefighters rescued several motorists from their cars after the flooding, the report said.

This video shows firefighters attempting to retrieve a car which became trapped in the floodwaters.
