Cars Stuck on Snow Covered Streets in New York City Amid Storm Chaos

A winter storm hit New York City and other parts of the Tri-State Area on Thursday, November 15, wreaking havoc for commuters.

Multiple accidents were reported on the George Washington Bridge in New York City, where upper level eastbound lanes were shut down for several hours, ABC Eyewitness News reported. Meanwhile, the Bayonne Bridge was closed in both directions.

The Metropolitan Transport Authority reported delays on all Bronx and Brooklyn bus lines, while the Port Authority Bus Terminal was closed due to overcrowding.
