Dallas Flooding Overwhelms Emergency Responders

Firefighters and police officers rescued people who were stranded as flooding became widespread across the city overnight. This video shows several stranded vehicles on the highway in the early hours of May 29.

Authorities told CBS Dallas-Fort Worth that they are overwhelmed without enough crews to block off the dangerous intersections. Additionally, firefighters and police were getting stuck in the high waters on their way to rescue people who were stranded.
