Police said they executed a search warrant at a Kingswood home and arrested a 21-year-old man at a Penrith home on Thursday morning.
At Penrith, they seized “powder, believed to be cocaine, a laser pointer, a mobile phone, and Finks OMCG clothing.”
At Kingswood, they seized “a number of items relevant to the investigation”.
