Flash Floods Wash Away Road Section in South Carolina

Some of the worst flooding ever seen in South Carolina has killed four people and left hundreds in need of rescue on Sunday, October 4. Days of heavy rains from a nor’easter off the east coast has led to road closures, including sections of two highways, and authorities telling residents to stay at home.
