Flooding Shuts Down Kansas State Campus

Heavy rain triggered flash flooding in Manhattan, Kansas on May 4. The National Weather Service reported that more than 3 inches of rain fell in about a four-hour period. This video shows the flooding about one mile from the campus of Kansas State University. The uploader stated the campus was shut down because of the flooding.
