The pint-sized poll gets particular attention as it is seen as an indicator of who will go on to be the eventual Democrat and Republican presidential nominees. President-to-be Barack Obama won here in 2008 while presidential rival John McCain won for the Republicans. Obama won again in 2012 but the Republican vote was split between Mitt Romney and former Governor of Utah, Jon Huntsman.
