Helicopter Flyover Shows Flooded Plains in Eastern Nebraska

Severe flooding continued in Nebraska on March 17 triggered by heavy rain and snow, leaving two dead, and prompting evacuations and emergency rescues.

This footage, posted by a Nebraska police official, shows the flooding in Nemaha County and Plattsmouth, in Nebraska, as well as in areas of southwestern Iowa.

Nebraska Gov Pete Ricketts said in a tweet that the state had experienced historic flooding in nearly every region.
