Lights Go Out in Winnipeg After Lightning Strike

A severe storm brought tornadoes, thunder and lightning to Manitoba on July 20. News sources in the region said 26,000 people were without electricity at the height of the storm. This video shows a dramatic lightning strike in Winnipeg, after which the lights go out at a nearby parking lot and pharmacy.
