Mayors decry Trump's "cruel and inhumane policy"

In a swipe at President Donald Trump's "zero-tolerance" immigration policy, Steve Benjamin, the mayor of Columbia, South Carolina, said Thursday the U.S. "is not a country that stands idly by while children, babies are used as bargaining chips."
