Rescued Flying Foxes Evacuated From Australia Wildlife Park Due to Bushfires

Sydney carer Sarah Curran captured video of her flying foxes in crates as they were being evacuated from Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park due to bushfires threatening their home on November 19.

The 16 orphaned flying foxes were removed from their home safely and moved to an undisclosed location far away from the threat of fire.

In a Facebook post, Curran said she has been very busy helping the orphaned animals with “carers in Sydney already overwhelmed.”
