Roads and Buildings Submerged as Flash Flooding Hits West Virginia

Fire crews rescued at least four people in Putnam County, West Virginia, after it was hit by flash floods on Saturday, May 26, according to WSAZ News. Motorists were advised to avoid driving on flooded roads, the report said.
