Russian troops turned a police station into a base and “torture chamber” in the town of Velykyi Burluk in Kharkiv Oblast, the National Police of Ukraine said on October 4.
In a Facebook post, Ukraine’s police said occupying Russian forces turned the fortified buildings into a place to “illegally detain and abuse local residents”.
Russian forces left Velykyi Burluk on September 12, according to local news reports.
