Snow Transforms Niagara Falls Into 'Wintery Wonderland'

Niagara Falls, Canada, became a “wintery wonderland” on Tuesday, November 12, as snow blanketed the ground and mist floated high above Horseshoe Falls.

This bird’s-eye-view video, posted to Twitter by an employee with Niagara Falls Hotels, shows the snowy scenery near the iconic waterfall, along with the caption, “A Wintery Wonderland … in the Honeymoon Capital of the World.”

The “first major” winter storm of the season impacted the Niagara Falls region on Monday and continued into Tuesday, local media reported. Niagara Falls police responded to about six car accidents caused by the slippery roadways, local media said, citing officials. Credit: Niagara Falls Hotels via Storyful
