Sun Comes Out in Texas, but Flooding Persists

The sun came out in Texas on May 31, giving the rain-drenched state a break after a record-breaking month. But flooding still persists across the state, including in Dallas. City officials warn roads are closed and people should not try to navigate flooded streets, according to local media.
