Texas Flooding Forces Evacuations

Residents in parts of Wichita Falls, Texas, were evacuated on the morning of May 21 due to rising water from the Wichita River. This video shows some of the flooding the community has suffered during the recent heavy rains. Evacuations were originally slated for the evening of May 21, but were moved up to the morning, according to local reports.
