Timelapse Shows Record-Breaking Snow Falling in Spokane

Snow blanketed Spokane, Washington, on October 23 with a record-breaking 6.2 inches falling by the evening, local media reported.

Thousands of residents were reported to be experiencing power outages. The National Weather Service warned of potential icy roads in the area.
