Wildfires Scorch Russia's Rostov Region Amid Hot and Windy Weather
Dry heat and strong wind gusts made the elimination of a significant wildfire in the Rostov region of Russia more difficult on Tuesday, August 16.
The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry reported that 537 personnel and 122 pieces of equipment were on site to tackle the blaze on Wednesday morning.
