Winter storm walloping Newfoundland and Labrador

Newfoundland and Labrador is celebrating the one-year anniversary of a record-breaking snowstorm with... another storm. This time last year, the capital city was under a state of emergency after the infamous 'Snowmageddon' blizzard shut down the city for a week.
