Watch Lil Baby and 42 Dugg Perform “We Paid” at BET Hip Hop Awards 2020

Tonight at the 15th annual BET Hip Hop Awards, Atlanta rapper Lil Baby and 42 Dugg opened the show with a performance their single “We Paid.” The pair performed amid industrial scaffolding, dancers, and pyrotechnics. Watch it all go down below.

Lil Baby is nominated for a string of awards at tonight’s event: Best Hip Hop Video (for “The Bigger Picture”), Impact Track (for “The Bigger Picture”), Hip Hop Album of the Year (for his latest LP My Turn), and Hip Hop Artist of the year. In that final category, he is up against DaBaby, Drake, Future, Megan Thee Stallion, and Roddy Ricch.

Lil Baby dropped his single “The Bigger Picture” in June following the release of My Turn. He shared the song in response to the national protests over the killings of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.
