Watch Nicole Scherzinger Flaunt Her Toned Booty In A Bikini IG Video
Nicole Scherzinger is somewhere warm and beachy, and she has the Instagram posts to prove it.
The singer posted some photos and a video of herself striking several poses in a white bikini, all while showing off her totally sculpted abs and legs...and even a peek of her toned booty.
Nicole works out super hard and likes to get her sweat on in the morning.

The singer just dropped photos and a video on Instagram of herself working a white bikini, and she made it clear in the caption that she’s feeling herself—as she should. In the video, Nicole dances around while showing off her impressively toned abs, legs, and booty, with a huge smile on her face. “A little progress each day, adds up to big results,” she wrote in the caption.
Hop on over to the second post, and you can see a slew of shots of the 44-year-old showing off her strong abs and arms in that same gorgeous bikini. “Let discipline carry you when motivation won’t 🤍💪🏽,” she wrote in the caption. “Beast mode work out ☑️. Below 3 degree celsius ice bath ☑️. Sauna stretch it out ☑️.”
Her comments section was *totally* engulfed by flame emojis. “I meannn🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,” one person wrote. “That body🔥,” said another.
If you couldn’t tell from her caption, Nicole works hard to get really strong. She dropped a video in late January of herself doing an all-out sprint on the treadmill with her friend, German actor Flula Borg. In the video, she's urging him to go “faster” and “focus.” (How she was able to talk during that run is beyond me… .)
Nicole previously told Women's Health UK that running factors heavily into her exercise routine. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she said.
Last year, Nicole also dropped a video of herself working out with her trainer, Paolo Mascitti, doing some impressive plank-twerk and squat-twerk combos. After that, Nicole slid into a workout that included weighted barbell squats, knee tuck jumps, and lunges—and it was clear she was working hard.
Mascitti has also shared BTS videos of Nicole’s workouts, including one where she cycled through battle ropes, box jumps, a huge range of squats, and plank variations. And in 2021, he dropped a video of Nicole completely owning a workout, which heavily leaned on jump squats to tone up that booty.
On the food front, Nicole told WH that she tries to find balance in her diet, and follows an intermittent fasting schedule. “I wake up and have a cup of tea, usually [VAHDAM’s] Mint Melody Green Tea or their Turmeric Spiced Herbal Tea, and then I usually won’t eat until the afternoon,” she says.
Lunch is generally a simple salad, or eggs and gluten-free bread with smoked salmon or ham. Dinner is pretty simple: a meat protein, grain, and veggies.
She also shared this important advice with WH UK: “Don’t deprive yourself of anything because eventually you’ll crave it and then you might binge on it. Everything in moderation."
