Andy Behrens explains why the Buffalo WR Should have a spot on your roster vs. New England in week 16.
ANDY BEHRENS: Yeah, I'm looking at Emmanuel Sanders this week. He's facing New England. Obviously, Sanders coming back from the knee injury carries no injury designation this week, which I think is a good sign. He is needed desperately because Buffalo's gonna be without Cole Beasley, without Gabriel Davis. Ah, Gabe Davis had been so good lately too.
So there's a lot of targets available here in this Buffalo offense. No, the match-up is not ideal against New England. I'll give you that. But Sanders is looking at maybe eight targets in this thing. Let's try to remember back to the first two months of this season when Emmanuel Sanders was seeing like six to eight targets a week, and they were high-yield, down field opportunities.
So we're talking maybe 8 to 10 targets. And not just any targets, these are Josh Allen targets in a game where I think probably New England focuses on Stefon Diggs. And there are opportunities for Sanders, opportunities for Dawson Knox, at least that's what I'm hoping for. So I think Sanders a strong play here.
