Roads to be closed this weekend for Nuit Blanche

Several roads will be closed as part of the annual Nuit Blanche art festival over the weekend. And while the festivities will take place from sunset on Saturday until sunrise on Sunday, some roads will be closed from 7 a.m. on Saturday until as late as 9 p.m. on Sunday.

The following roads will be closed or affected by the Nuit Blanche celebration:

- Bay Street from Harbour Street to Queens Quay West will have partial and full road closures from 2 p.m. on Saturday to 10 a.m. on Sunday.

- Bay Street from Dundas Street East to Front Street East will be closed between 6:58 p.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m. on Sunday.

- John Street from Stephanie Street to Wellington Street West will have partial and full closures between 2 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday.

- Curb lanes between King Street West from Yonge Street to Spadina Avenue will be occupied by Nuit Blanche from 8 a.m. on Saturday to 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.

- Queen Street West from Yonge Street to Spadina Avenue will closed between 5:30 p.m. on Saturday to 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.

- Dundas Square from Yonge Street to O'Keefe Lane will be closed from 7 a.m. on Saturday and 9 p.m. on Sunday.

- John Street from Dundas Street East to Front Street East will be closed from 6:58 p.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m. on Sunday.

- Southbound lanes on McCaul Street from Dundas Street West to Stephanie Street will be closed from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m.

- Queens Quay East from Bay Street to Lower Simcoe Street will be closed from 6:58 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Sunday.

- Stephanie Street from Beverley Street to McCaul Street will be closed between 1 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday.

The TTC will run all-night subway service on Line 1 Yonge-University and Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, and GO transit has added additional trains and buses to accommodate Nuit Blanche.
