Glastonbury Festival returns for the first time since 2019 this weekend, kicking off the line-up with its youngest ever headliner.

Billie Eilish takes to the Pyramid Stage on Friday night, but she's just one of the acts you won't want to miss if you're watching on TV.

When is Billie Eilish playing at Glastonbury?

Billie Eilish is Glastonbury's youngest ever headliner at just 20 years old.

She has been touring the UK with her Happier Than Ever show and will play the festival's Pyramid Stage in the headline slot on Friday, 24 June.

Eilish is due on stage from 10.15pm until 11.45pm and viewers at home can tune in to BBC Two to see Clara Amfo introducing her from 10pm.

Of course, Eilish isn't the only act music lovers will be looking forward to seeing on Friday.

The festival's first full day of music will be covered in a highlights show from 9pm on BBC Two, immediately preceding the headline broadcast.

Look out for Sam Fender who'll be on stage right before Eilish, and the highlights will also include performances from Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, and Wolf Alice.

BBC Three's coverage at 7pm includes Griff & Sigrid in the John Peel Tent, while BBC Four features highlights including Crowded House and Arlo Parks from 8pm.

After Friday's youngest headline act, the festival switches to its oldest headliner on Saturday as Paul McCartney, 80, takes to the Pyramid Stage.

The festival will be closed by Kendrick Lamar on Sunday night and the Sunday teatime Legends slot is being taken by Diana Ross this year.

Headline acts and highlights will be covered across BBC One, Two, Three and Four, as well as on iPlayer and 6 Music, over the weekend.
