Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly, alongside her Danish counterpart Jeppe Kofod, signed a historic agreement Tuesday, ending a decades-long dispute over Hans Island, a tiny island in the Arctic. "I couldn't believe that we were actually able to settle this very important issue.
