Windsor man charged for multiple indecent acts in mall parking lot

Drug bust leads to host of charges for Windsor duo

Windsor police have charged a 55-year-old man for allegedly committing multiple indecent acts at the Devonshire Mall parking lot on Howard Avenue this month.

A woman was walking through the parking lot on July 21 when when she saw a man performing an indecent act while standing next to his vehicle, according to police. When officers questioned her about the incident, she told them that she had seen the same man doing a similar act on Canada Day.

Police caught man in the act

On July 26th, two males reported seeing the same man naked from the waist down performing an indecent act next to a Chrysler 200 in the same parking lot.

Realizing he was being watched, the man drove to another location in the parking lot and performed another indecent act, stated police in a media release.

When officers found the vehicle, the man was inside, still performing an indecent act.

Prior to this arrest, the man had previously been charged with performing an indecent act in the same parking lot.

In addition to two new indecent act charges, the man has also faces five counts of breaching bail conditions, which included staying away from the 3100 block of Howard Avenue and a requirement he remain clothed when outside his home.
