Traffic
E.C. Row Expressway is closed in both directions between Lauzon Parkway and Walker Road, the scene of a fatal crash.
There is a 15-minute delay for commercial traffic heading into Canada using the Ambassador Bridge. There are no delays of any kind being reported at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel.
