'Like they have wings on their feet': People love the Pukatawagan parkour teens
A pair of Pukatawagan teens are getting a lot of attention and accolades for parkour stunts they've recorded and posted on YouTube.
The 18-year-olds, Justin Bighetty and Anthony Francois, taught themselves how to do parkour around their home reserve, about 800 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.
A CBC story about them, posted Sunday evening, has been shared nearly 1,000 times. But it's even more popular on Facebook.
Since being posted on CBC Manitoba's Facebook page Monday afternoon, the story has been viewed more than 200,000 times, shared more than 3,600 times and has received 182 comments.
The vast majority of the comments are flat out praise for Bighetty's and Francois' talents. They are loaded with "awesome" with a lot of "fantastic" and "cool" also thrown in for good measure.
